BIO Miraculous Spaghetti is a TASTY and HEALTHY alternative to classic pasta. The product is made from the tuber of the well-known Asian plant Amorphophallus konjac, whose positive effects have been known in Japan and China for more than 2000 years. The tuber is rich in the water-soluble dietary fiber glucomannan, which has a proven beneficial effect on reducing body weight and regulating blood cholesterol.
Bio Miraculous Spaghetti / Noodles / Rice have NO special taste and due to their composition, they absorb the taste of the foods and sauces with which they are prepared.
Preparation instructions:
1. Drain the water from the bag 2. Rinse with cold water 3. Boil for 3 minutes in boiling water. 4. Drain them well and add them to your favorite dishes (vegetables, meat or sauces). 5. You will achieve a better texture for absorbing aromas and flavors from sauces if you fry them for 1-2 minutes after cooking in a hot pan without added oil.
